The following hotels offer the closest proximity to Microsoft campus and our specific event venue. There are, of course, many other hotels within the area that you are welcome to use. We are not offering a negotiated rate, nor do we have a reserved room block, at any of these hotels.

Extended Stay America(formerly Homestead Studio Suites) is an inexpensive option (should be under $500 for 4 nights) that is in walking distance to Microsoft campus. Note that weather in the Seattle area can be pretty variable, so if you plan to walk, we advise dressing appropriately and bringing an unmbrella. Parking is free.

Silver Cloud Inn (Redmond) is a traditional hotel from a regional chain. It's a 5-minute drive to campus. In theory, you could walk it, but make sure you check it out on a map before you commit to that decision. There are several casual restaurants within walking distance of this hotel, and parking is free.

Marriott has a nearby campus consisting of a Fairfield Inn, Courtyard, and Residence Inn. These would be a short drive, but a fairly long walk. The Courtyard has a limited-service on-site restaurant.

For other options, we suggest using your favorite travel Web site and looking for either "Bellevue" or "Redmond" hotels in Washington state.
