That module was first released with Windows Server 2008 R2, I believe. It would be present on a domain controller. On a client computer, you would get it by installing the Remote Server Administration Toolkit (RSAT) from Microsoft.

    Get-PSDrive would not show modules.

If I remember correctly, the AD module requires Server 2008 R2 or later (or Windows 7 / later), and it's installed as part of the RSAT package.

Ok thanks for answers! Its a dc Windows server 2008(not R2). Ive installed all updates, PowerShell feature and the rsat role. NO AD module .. so no AD module on win server 2008 32 bit ??

As we indicated, the module was available for 2008 R2 and later.
