Is there a way to set the file location in the choose a file to upload window for submitting files?

I know I can use send keys to do it.  But, I want to set the file location without clicking mouse or keyboard.

If you choose a location, close the dialog and then open it again, does the dialog go to a default or the previous location? If it opens to the chosen location, then it's most likely stored in registry value in the HKCU hive. If it's Office (and it's in HKCU), you should definitely check GPO if you are trying to change the default path for the enterprise.

Thank you. The default/previous location goes to the last user logged in. I don't thing this is a MS Office window but a Windows dialogue box.

I searched on other forums and they're suggesting the send key method.
