I would like to set up constrained delegation so that specific users only have access to certain modules on a given remote system. I'm reading about custom endpoints and JEA and can't really determine which to use. Can someone outline the pro's and con's for both?

    They're the same thing.

JEA is just a DSC-based way of more easily organizing and defining custom endpoints, vs. doing it yourself.

    Thanks, that makes more sense.
