For Eg: Internal@A.com sending mail to External@B.com, while sending the email, the disclaimer text should capture and say something like – This mail is intended for External@B.com Is there any way to accomplish this via Powershell regular expression or by extracting Recipient email address from the message header and then create a transport rule as required. This would be wonderful not to go for a third party solution just to get the recipient address. Please advise. I'm not real familiar with HTML and haven't got a chance to test it, so I'm curious to see the solution. https://www.mail-signatures.com/articles/configuring-organization-wide-email-signatures-in-office-365/ Author Posts You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
