Hi all, first post here so I hope this is all fine.
To keep it short:
-Attempted to log in as my admin account to Exchange PS Session
-Checked Microsoft Help, it said make sure my account is a member in organisation management in Exchange
-It certainly is and I logged into the admin center to ensure my credentials were correct
That's all the suggestions they offered, can anyone else perhaps suggest a reason why?

*EDIT* Solution was that I had to enter my email as the username and not my actual username.
I'm trying to delete this post but I don't see an option, so I'll just leave my answer.
