Bio

My name is Lex van der Horst and have been working in the IT for over more then 15 years with a strong focus on Microsoft Server Technologies.

For the last four years, as a ICT Support Engineer I have been working on Windows Server 2012, SCCM, VMware, Hyper-V, Exchange etc. I have got few basic certifications which includes MCP, MCSE and serveral MVA certifications.

I’m currently very interested in everything related to PowerShell, Configuration Manager 2012, Active Directory, Exchange and Lync.
I was first introduced to the computers when I was worked as administrative assistant in 1988, I still recall those days when I played DOS games like Wolfenstein, Space Quest, and Prince of Persia.

I bought my first computer when I was pursuing my Engineering. Pentium 3 processor, 256 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD was believed to be the best PC configuration in those days.

I moved on to bigger and better things, I bought my second computer while I was in the final year of the Engineering and since then I started exploring the Microsoft Technologies. This website site includes heap of articles on PowerShell, Windows Server 2012, Exchange and many more technologies.

I will try my best to post the articles with screenshots so that anyone can understand easily and deploy with ease. I will also include the video tutorials very soon. If you have any suggestions do write in the post related comments.
