so can we add right-click menu items on the projects/files to invoke script?

I have not used nuGet or PowerGUIVSX yet and not so used to VS too. However, ##can I use any of these (including StudioShell) to automate my load testing and results collection, etc?

Is the console rich wpf like regular document windows? Can we do inline wpf stuff like regular edit windows? (like POshConsole?)
